We will meet the passengers in the arrivels hall with a name board clearly indicating the name/names of passengers to be picked up.
After pick-up we will go directly to the hotel or other location as ordered. During the trip we will try to make the passengers familiar with Copenhagen or any other location in Denmark.
We are not leaving our passengers before we are sure that they are in "good hands".

Regarding transfers from hotel/ companies to the airport as agreed we will on time meet the passengers and drive them to the airport being sure that the right counter checks them in.
